Essa foi a primeira pergunta que me veio a cabeça quando se fala em guerreiros sem armas(GSA).
Em 2009 tive essa pergunta comigo e a curiosidade de buscar resposta, na minha casa, na minha comunidade Vila Alemoa.
Os guerreiros vieram apos uma grande transformação na minha vida e da comunidade; ocorreu um grande incêndio na comunidade no dia 19/12/2006 numa parte da comunidade onde eu moro, onde queimaram se 166 barracos.
a comunidade estava se mobilizando para uma luta continua para a urbanização e legalização da área e para resolver os problemas dos desabrigados.
numa comissão de moradores com média de idade de 40 anos, um único jovem.
Pouco tempo depois com a comunidade não mais em chamas mas com alguns pedaços de brasa espalhados.
Com o chegar de guerreiros começamos a se agrupar para receber esses tais guerreiros.
ele vieram na comunidade e plantaram a idéia que somos capazes e que podemos fazer e ser o que quisermos, incendiou nossos corações em brasa e fez brasas em corações que eram só o carvão devido as desilusões da vida, fez que muitos acreditar que e possível.
eu acreditei e continuo acreditando que e possível e que o impossível e improvável é inexistente...
fomos convidados a sonhar, planejar, construir o sonho e celebrar tudo isso se divertindo, parabéns guerreiros...

Foi o que me perguntei quando recebi o e-mail que informava sobre a abertura do processo seletivo para o programa, me interessei de imediato sabia que seria incrível sem saber como seria, de imediato achei que era só fazer a inscrição.... negativo aí começa o jogo o caminho do guerreiro que foi como surgiu esse BLOG.
No dia 04 de janeiro atravessei um portal para um mundo muito além da realidade,"Escola de guerreiros".
Sem saber o que me esperava,mas sabia que seria bem recebido,
braços abertos sempre esperam um abraço,
e assim fui recepcionado,
cheguei ao meu novo lar nessa jornada.

Nesse momento passei a olhar pra algumas coisas
que quando está do outro lado recebendo os guerreiros
não se imagina a preparação que tem pra sintonizar

Entender o porque de eu ser eu?
Encontrar respostas que somente eu poderia
responder pra mim mesmo se encontra sem ter se perdido
além do imaginário cotidiano pode te levar.

a poucas horas foi quando começou a entrega á imersão
necessária para conectar com os outros guerreiros,
mesmo com a barreira lingüística, as conexões foram naturais
e em poucos dias estávamos todos conectados e divididos
em grupos de trabalho na casa...

Afeto, conexões afetivas surgiram através das historias da comunidade,
da origem, historias das pessoas, e me encontrei,,,,
ouvi historias de pessoas que pareciam com historias de pessoas que já conheço,
muitas pessoas com perfil similar ao dos meus ancestrais e parecidos comigo também.

Tive a oportunidade de conversar com diversas gerações da comunidade
desde os "oráculos" pessoas que moram na comunidade há muito tempo
e conhecem parte ou toda a historia da comunidade,
com as crianças que são a esperança de um sonho,
nessa fase descobrimos talentos da comunidade.

Sonho nessa etapa do processo foi muito importante pra mim
onde eu estava tendo certas dificuldades para chegar ao ponto perfeito para fluir,
numa quinta feira como sempre, um momento espetacular de conselhos e dicas

me deu caminhos aos sonhos mais simples e até aqueles que o próprio
sonhador julga impossível, e você ouvindo e o sonho mais particular
e secreto aquele sonho guardado começa a ser expressado com as palavras

de nosso mundo( promessas e políticos que durante tempos prometem e nada muda).
Nessa fase ouvi sonhos lindos e sonhos fantásticos capazes de mudar a realidade de
varias pessoas.

de aordo com as necessidades e possibilidades da comunidade projetos em três eixos:

Mobilizar a comunidade para arquiteturar e planejar, o sonho da comunidade.
